\u00fcben in kleinen Gruppen mit bis zu 8 Jugendlichen. Der Schwerpunkt aller Bem\u00fchungen liegt auf der Entspannung. Verschiedene Stressbew\u00e4ltigungsstrategien und Entspannungstechniken werden vermittelt. Das Ziel ist es, das Gelernte in den Alltag der Jugendlichen zu integrieren. Zahlreiche Yogahaltungen und dynamische Yogasequenzen wie z.B. den Gru\u00df an den R\u00fccken, Sonnengru\u00df, Mondgru\u00df und die Bewegungssequenz zur Beweglichkeit der Wirbels\u00e4ule werden gelernt und jeweils als Aufw\u00e4rmsequenz ge\u00fcbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Yoga f\u00fcr Jugendliche kann auch recht fordernd sein. Die Muskulatur wird gekr\u00e4ftigt und gedehnt. Besonders die dynamischen \u00dcbungen f\u00f6rdern die Ausdauer und bieten somit ein gezieltes Herz-Kreislauf-Workout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#512977;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\"><strong>Teilnahmem\u00f6glichkeiten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Die Kurse werden von den gesetzlichen Krankenkassen bezuschusst. Eine Schnupperstunde ist auf Anfrage m\u00f6glich. Es gibt in jedem 10&#8217;er Kurs eine kostenlose Nachholm\u00f6glichkeit.
