Zahlreiche Yogahaltungen und kindgerechte Yogasequenzen wie z.B. den Sonnengru\u00df , den Mut-Vers und verschiedene Bewegungsverse zu jahreszeitlichen Themen, werden gelernt und mit gro\u00dfer Freude ge\u00fcbt.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Kinder lieben es,&nbsp;<strong>Yoga spielerisch f\u00fcr sich zu entdecken.<\/strong>&nbsp;Deshalb werden die \u00dcbungen in fantasievolle Geschichten eingebunden. Auch wiederkehrende Rituale stehen bei Kindern hoch im Kurs. So beginnen und enden die Yogastunden mit festen Begr\u00fc\u00dfungs- und Abschiedsritualen. Das Eintauchen in meditative Klangwelten wird als sehr wohltuend empfunden.
